Chaque mat\u00e9riau a ses propres avantages et inconv\u00e9nients, tu dois donc d\u00e9cider lequel est le bon pour toi. <\/p>\n<p>Les <strong>cadres en acier<\/strong> sont stables et durables, ce qui les rend id\u00e9aux pour les aventures en tout-terrain. De plus, ils sont relativement bon march\u00e9, ce qui en fait un choix populaire pour les cyclistes soucieux de leur budget. Cependant, les cadres en aluminium peuvent \u00eatre sujets \u00e0 la corrosion, c\u2019est pourquoi tu dois bien les entretenir.  <\/p>\n<p>Les <strong>cadres en carbone<\/strong> sont l\u2019option la plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re et la plus durable sur le march\u00e9, ce qui en fait le choix parfait pour les cyclistes s\u00e9rieux. Mais ils sont aussi l\u2019option la plus ch\u00e8re et donc pas forc\u00e9ment le choix id\u00e9al pour les cyclistes soucieux de leur budget. Cependant, les cadres en carbone sont immunis\u00e9s contre la corrosion et ne n\u00e9cessitent que peu d\u2019entretien, ce qui en fait un investissement judicieux \u00e0 long terme.  <\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un cadre en titane est-il meilleur que tous les autres ?<\/h3>\n<p>Les cadres en titane sont l\u2019option la plus ch\u00e8re, mais ils offrent un certain nombre d\u2019avantages par rapport aux autres mat\u00e9riaux de cadre.<\/p>\n<p>Les cadres en titane sont l\u00e9gers et stables, ce qui en fait un bon choix pour les cyclistes s\u00e9rieux. Ils sont \u00e9galement r\u00e9sistants \u00e0 la corrosion et ne n\u00e9cessitent donc que peu d\u2019entretien. Et le meilleur, c\u2019est que les cadres en titane ne rouillent jamais, tu peux donc \u00eatre s\u00fbr que ton v\u00e9lo aura toujours l\u2019air bien, m\u00eame apr\u00e8s des ann\u00e9es.  <\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment calculer la hauteur du cadre ?<\/h3>\n<p>Pour calculer la hauteur du cadre, tu dois mesurer ton entrejambe. Pour ce faire, tiens-toi debout avec les pieds \u00e9cart\u00e9s \u00e0 la largeur des \u00e9paules et mesure la distance entre ton entrejambe et le sol. Une fois que tu as cette mesure, tu peux utiliser la formule suivante pour calculer la hauteur du cadre :  <\/p>\n<p>Hauteur du cadre = (Longueur de l\u2019entrejambe * 0,883) &#8211; (16,9)<\/p>\n<p>Si ta longueur d\u2019entrejambe est par exemple de 27 pouces, ta hauteur de cadre sera calcul\u00e9e comme suit :<\/p>\n<p>Hauteur du cadre = (27 pouces * 0,883) &#8211; (16,9)<\/p>\n<p>Hauteur du cadre = 23,7 pouces (60 cm)<\/p>\n<p><a name=\"toc-1\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9quipement et composants<\/h2>\n<p>M\u00eame s\u2019il existe aujourd\u2019hui de tr\u00e8s bons v\u00e9los gravel et qu\u2019il est difficile de faire de mauvais achats, les \u00e9quipements des v\u00e9los gravel diff\u00e8rent sur les aspects suivants.<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fabricant<\/li>\n<li>Version du groupe de vitesses (qualit\u00e9)<\/li>\n<li>Transmission 1x ou 2x<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sur les v\u00e9los gravel, on trouve souvent des transmissions 1x (un pignon sur les p\u00e9dales), mais personnellement, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re les transmissions 2x.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Groupes de vitesses<\/h3>\n<p>Les transmissions gravel sont con\u00e7ues pour offrir une large gamme d\u2019options de changement de vitesse, afin que tu puisses facilement affronter tous les terrains. La plupart des v\u00e9los gravel ont une plage de 11 \u00e0 44 dents, ce qui les rend parfaits pour les collines abruptes et les terrains difficiles. <\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Groupe Shimano GRX<\/h4>\n<p>Shimano utilise pour les <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3Adf6tf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">technologies GRX<\/a> des composants de v\u00e9los de course et de VTT afin de d\u00e9velopper des composants pour gravel. Le nouveau <strong>Shimano GRX<\/strong> est disponible en version \u00e9lectrique ou m\u00e9canique, avec des manivelles \u00e0 1 ou 2 vitesses et des d\u00e9railleurs \u00e0 10, 11 et 12 vitesses. Les <em>niveaux Ultegra<\/em> du syst\u00e8me de changement de vitesse \u00e0 11 vitesses avec les abr\u00e9viations <strong>800<\/strong> et <strong>600<\/strong> sont l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 ceux du <em>groupe Tiagra<\/em>, tandis que le syst\u00e8me de changement de vitesse \u00e0 10 vitesses avec la d\u00e9signation 400 correspond approximativement au groupe Shimano Tiagra. Une 12. Groupe de vitesses existe \u00e9galement dans la famille GRX depuis peu.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Groupe SRAM APEX<\/h4>\n<p>De nombreux gravel bikes sont \u00e9galement \u00e9quip\u00e9s des groupes <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/3AG8u7U\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">SRAM APEX<\/a><\/strong>, qui offrent une multitude d&#8217;options de changement de vitesse pour que tu puisses affronter tous les terrains avec facilit\u00e9.
